Q: What health and safety measures will you be taking at the event?
A: The number one priority at the TMF Summit is the health & safety of all participants. Our team has been working in partnership with the venue on how to provide a safe and secure environment.
TMF Summit will be a safe and controlled environment where exhibitors, sponsors, attendees, and speakers can interact, conduct meetings, and form meaningful relationships. As we move towards the opening of the event, we want you to know we are taking every step available to create a safe and secure show experience.
Onsite safety measures will be implemented from the moment you step into the venue, including but not limited to:
The local Health Department as well as the CDC strongly recommends that everyone, regardless of vaccination status, wear a mask when indoors in public spaces other than when consuming food and drink

Increased sanitation of high-traffic areas
Q: Do I have to be vaccinated in order to attend?
A: No – but attendees and staff must show proof of a negative Covid-19 test if not fully vaccinated. Approved vaccines include: BioNTech-Pfizer (2 doses), Moderna (2 doses), and Janssen/Johnson & Johnson (1 dose).
Q: What if I test positive for COVID 19 prior to the event, or I am unable to have a vaccine due to being immunocompromised or have other medical reasons?
